MCFL Restaurant Holdings LLC

MCFL Restaurant Holdings LLC operates The Local Intel, a Florida-based local business discovery platform whose core product is an MCP server connecting AI agents to verified local business data. The underlying database covers more than 240,000 verified Florida businesses across 2,383 ZIP codes and 67 counties, drawn from public records such as Sunbiz filings, permit data, and continuously updated field data.

Through it, AI agents like Claude, Perplexity, or Grok can query business intelligence directly and route service requests automatically to matching providers — for example, restaurants, tradespeople, or doctors. Confirmed jobs are settled directly on-chain without traditional invoicing. Businesses can claim their listing for free via Sunbiz verification.

The business model deliberately avoids subscriptions and minimums: listed businesses pay only when a job is actually routed to them, AI agents pay $0.01 per query with no subscription required, and an optional premium tier at $9.99 per month adds market analysis and concept-viability data for new business ventures.

Because businesses can only claim their listing through verification against the official Sunbiz register, The Local Intel reduces the risk of fake or outdated entries that's more common in purely user-maintained directories.

Billing only for jobs actually routed also means listed businesses take on no financial risk even if AI agents query their listing frequently without a job ever resulting from it.
