The product portfolio spans classic .NET desktop technologies such as WinForms, WPF, and VCL for Delphi, as well as modern web frameworks like Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC, plus mobile applications via .NET MAUI.

The offering is rounded out with productivity tools such as the CodeRush IDE extensions, the XAF application framework, and the XPO ORM library, along with APIs for programmatically manipulating Office and PDF files across .NET and Java environments.

DevExpress was founded on November 22, 1998, initially releasing UI controls built on Delphi, before its first .NET WinForms product followed in 2001 — while Visual Studio .NET itself was still in beta. Headquartered in Glendale, California, the company has been entirely self-funded since its founding, with no external financing rounds.
